Information we collect
When you contact us, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, work email, organisation and message. If you accept optional analytics cookies, we may collect limited information about page use and device type. We do not ask for payment details through this website.
Why and how long
We use enquiry details to respond, assess fit, prepare requested proposals and keep necessary business records. Our bases are taking steps at your request, legitimate business interests and legal obligations where applicable. Unsuccessful enquiry records are normally deleted after 12 months; client records may be retained for up to seven years where required.
Sharing and security
We use service providers only where needed to operate communications and the website, under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information. If data is processed outside the UK, we use a recognised transfer safeguard. Reasonable technical and organisational controls protect the information we hold.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Contact us first if you would like us to resolve a concern.
